- Providing personalized sales and post sales service support
- Maximizing sales through exceptional customer service
- Conducting demonstrations of the products to the customers
- Helping customers to choose the appropriate product that matches their requirements
- Identifying the right opportunities to tell the customer about additional products
- Informing the customer about applicable warranty, replacement/repair and annual maintenance costs (if applicable)
- Planning and organizing the delivery of the product purchased
- Recording the client information accurately and storing it appropriately in the company’s system
- Taking regular feedback regarding the product and customer services from the existing customers
- Solving customer service problems
