The tasks a Trainee Associate is expected to perform include:

• Keeping the store visually appealing to the customer
• Displaying stock (including windows and in-store) to promote sales
• Updating stock records to account for merchandise on display
• Cleaning display sites and parts
• Labelling the products in retail stores
• Checking the display regularly for safety and good visual effect
• Helping customers to choose the appropriate product that matches their requirements
• Informing the customer regarding applicable warranty, replacement/repair and annual maintenance costs (if applicable)
• Planning and organizing the delivery of the product purchased
