The tasks a Fitness Trainer/ Fitness instructor is expected to perform include:
Training others through various fitness activities
Providing training to trainees of all ages, shape and sizes to get healthier and achieve desired fitness levels through focused exercises and activities
Carrying out physical examination and understanding fitness goals
Inspecting activity area and equipment
Capturing and studying past and current medical as well as the physical state of trainee
Understanding and noting down the trainee’s goals and sub-goals
Preparing a training plan for the trainee
Conducting tests as per the requirement of the trainee
Creating awareness of injuries and prevention techniques
Reporting any issues related to training equipment and activity area to the concerned personnel or management
